The largest vintage market in Romania, based in Bucharest.
Vintage Market Scânteia is not a seasonal flea market. We built it to be the biggest pre-loved clothing event in Romania.
Thrift with purpose.
Second-hand costs a fraction of new, and nothing has to be made for you. That is the whole argument.
Three formats
- Main events
- Two or three days, the whole thing, one big space.
- Pop-up
- Smaller, built around one idea. Luxury, or nothing over 300 lei.
- Special
- The city-wide Treasure Hunt and the AfterMarket party.

Who runs it
We started at 18 and 20
We started Vintage Market Scânteia in July 2025, aged 18 and 20. We are 19 and 21 and good friends now, and in between, it became the largest pre-loved clothing event in Romania.
We love creating a community. At every edition, we want young people to feel like they are part of something, encourage them to build and create without waiting for someone to tell them they can do it. We're trying to create a place where youngsters can reduce waste, be informed about sustainability in fashion and initiate business ideas without needing to invest money, or have experience.
